LOYALTY CARDS
Trish is committed to providing quality bespoke equine massage therapy to every client. To achieve the best results for horses and their owners, it is often necessary for horses to have a tailor-made program of equine massage therapy, depending on their individual requirements. As part of our service we would like to give something back to you, so we have devised our Loyalty Card Scheme.
Owners receive the financial benefit of one FREE equine sports massage session after every 5th equine massage treatment.
Horses and ponies receive the benefit of a regular tailor-made massage program, and receive their 6th massage FREE.
We get to say thank you for your loyal and valued custom.
Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions:
- Loyalty cards are issued and stamped by Trish Robson only.
- New clients receive their cards at the end of their horses initial consultation and massage treatment.
- Existing clients will receive their cards at their next appointments, if they do not already have a card.
- Cards are issued per horse owner and can be stamped per massage treatment that they pay for (this is very beneficial for owners who have multiple horses and ponies).
- Travel expenses will still be chargeable, if applicable (for travel over 15 miles).
- Robson Equine Therapy reserves the right to change and amend the scheme at any time.
- Once you have filled and redeemed your card, another card will be issued at your next appointment.
